OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE

 

Brandon King of Building Insight, LLC was contracted to be Esser Place's local Owner's Representative / Development Project Manager. Brandon's role on the initial phases of the redevelopment was to assemble the design and construction team, provide on-site oversight through the construction process, and maintain financial and quality control. Brandon also is involved with prospective Tenant showings, providing the Landlord's perspective early in the process. As a licensed Architect, Brandon is responsible for preliminary space planning of prospective tenant improvements.

Brandon brings a decade of experience in architecture, construction and real estate development to every project. Brandon's past endeavors vary from team member of the Managing Architect on Chicago Public Schools' $2.5 billion capital improvement program, to managing the development, design, construction and leasing of over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from The University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee as well as a Master of Architecture and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Brandon is a licensed architect in the State of Wisconsin and a member of the American Institute of Architects as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker.
