BUILDING MANAGER

Brett E Nelson is a lifelong resident of Oregon, Wisconsin. Mr. Nelson has been the on-site manager at 1800 / 1850 Deming Way for 20 years.

He was hired by CUNA & Affiliates in 1988 to manage the building from the ground up, and has stayed with what is now Esser Place through the many business and ownership changes. As the on-site manager, he oversees the functionality, security and overall well-being of the building to keep it in excellent working order for its tenants.
